1. Managing the recruitment procesa.

5. Preparing letters to provide employee requests.

7. Calculating the exit employee's End of Service benefits.

9. Preparing and submitting weekly reports.
➢ Input, update and maintain all HR related data in a timely manner. Maintain the accuracy
of information and key changes as and when necessary and by deadlines as required.
➢ Prepare and submit Daily Manpower Report, Staff and Labor list Report, Monthly Report
and Monthly Project Staff List Report of all the projects to Cost and Control Planning Dept.
➢ Check and verify Manpower Supply Monthly Timesheet.
➢ Knowledge in preparation of End of Service Benefits of exit employees.
➢ Managing the new hire on-boarding process of manpower labors.
➢ Issues letters such as joining, warning, termination, salary certificates, resignation
acceptance letter and confirmation of employment.
➢ Monitoring of employee transfers from one project to another.
➢ Preparation of all related documents needed for visa application, emirates registration,
medical, and contract of new employees and employees for renewal and forward to PRO.
➢ Preparation of all related documents needed for cancellation of resigned/terminated/nonrenewal employees and forward to PRO.
➢ Participation in the continuous improvement of HR processes.
➢ Keep track and update the employees annual leave monitoring file.
➢ Coordinate with the insurance broker regarding the addition and deletion of principal and dependents and claims
➢ Acts as Officer-in-Charge when manager is not around.
➢ Monitors the time attendances of employees in the branch.
➢ Evaluates the work performances of trainees and under probationary status.
➢ Prepares workdays period.
➢ Prepares the examination paper of every applicant.
➢ Sees to it that all documents (Human Resource) are properly filed for future need.
➢ Handling of Branch Petty Cash Funds.
➢ Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the manager.

➢ Organize and maintain original paper evidence.
➢ Assure files are properly prepared and saved to backup drives.
➢ Confirm that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation.
➢ Adhere to and meet set schedules and deadlines.
➢ Input, track, and maintain all encoded data and records.
➢ Report any major errors or inconsistencies to upper management.
➢ Maintain report logs of in-progress and/or completed work.
