Job Responsibilities:
• Plans and organize work to ensure accurate and logical organization of files/documents, ensure effective control of forms and control of files as necessary
• Prepares, organize and monitors, the cycle time, delivery and arrival of all ordered materials
• Coordination of meetings and calendars of the Unit/Department activities
• Prepares and maintains sales report as required
• Responsible to take and cover all telephone queries to the department concerned
• Coordinate with merchandiser on all activities pertaining to retail sector
• Interaction with all sales staff to facilitate flow of information as instructed by the Unit / Department Managers
• Track & update (customer contact list, customer store list, pricing forms, merchandising & promotional form, bench marking, competitive product retail pricing form and all related forms of distributions)
• Distributes sales correspondence received via mail, fax and email
• Assists prospects /customers by handling basic inquiries about products or other query
• Prepares quotation / Proforma invoices for customer if required
• Coordinate business travels for General Manager and Department Manager like visa, air ticket and hotel booking
