Skill up Lebanon project
• Coordinate between the outreach team and project coordinator as the main focal point in the Training
of Trainers (TOT) construction field, ensuring communication and timely delivery of project activities.
• Manage beneficiary registration, application assessment, and database maintenance, while developing
outreach plans and coordinating stakeholder efforts to ensure smooth training distribution.
• Draft monthly reports, follow up with beneficiaries through phone and email, and provide continuous
technical support and advice to ensure participation and engagement.
Emergency Response
• Collaborate with the International Labor Organization to support emergency relief efforts during the
Lebanon crisis, focusing on job sustainability, enterprise support, and livelihood protection.
• Facilitate the distribution of hot meals and medical assistance to affected individuals, ensuring fair
access and efficient coordination with partner organizations and local communities.

- Siraj Project
• Reached out to host and foreign communities, institutions, and associations across Lebanon to
encourage participation, promote project awareness, and ensure inclusion of vulnerable groups.
• Implemented project activities including online training sessions, coordinated with staff and partners,
and ensured smooth logistical operations for all scheduled initiatives.
• Conducted field interviews for data collection, monitored progress, and prepared detailed reports
summarizing activities, outcomes, and documentation for donor submission.
Freedom Fund - TFF Project
• Prepared beneficiary documents based on BETE models, completed assessment forms accurately, and
ensured compliance with project requirements supporting safe repatriation of Ethiopian women.
• Coordinated with staff, external partners, and Lebanese General Security to facilitate travel
documentation, monitor progress, and support beneficiaries throughout the repatriation process.
• Organized recreational and physical activities for beneficiaries, ensured proper equipment availability,
and documented all implemented sessions with detailed narrative and statistical reports. Provide private tutoring in Biology and Chemistry for students from
Grade 9 to Grade 12 and offer full academic support for students from Grade 1 to Grade 8.

• Developed and coordinated engaging French language book content for primary and middle school
students, focusing on building a strong foundational vocabulary and proper grammar.
• Fostered a confident learning environment by highlighting vocabulary similarities between French and
English, making the language more accessible and less intimidating for young students.
• Provided targeted instruction to help primary and middle-class students improve their reading
comprehension and develop the ability to write coherent small paragraphs in French.
