Following is more details about my Capabilities and experience as Renewable Energy Section Head / Photovoltaic systems Projects; where my role includes not limited to:
• Managerial Tasks including but not limited to the following tasks:
• Prepare and Review Cash Flow on Company and Department Level.
• Attending top Management Meeting in order to discuss company and projects Status and strategies.
• Directly reporting to Company GM, and do some tasks assigned by him directly.
• Managing, Coordinating and attending Meetings with important and strategic Clients in order to discuss projects opportunities.
• Prepare and Review Agreements with Clients and suppliers either for Project Implementations or do specific services.
• Prepare Department Project Implementation plans.
• Review, approve and Prepare possible projects costing and pricing.
• Review, approve and Prepare Technical and Financial offers for Clients for either direct biddings or public biddings.
• Managing and instruct the engineering and design team throughout all phases of the project.
• Professional design for small, medium, and large‐scale PV Systems with full proposal documents and engineering works according to the local and international codes and regulations including System Layout, electrical connections drawings (includes: Project single line diagrams for both AC, and DC side, …etc.), system simulation using computer software’s.
• Establishing Project Implementation schedules and Cost budgeting of several projects, while ensuring milestones are met throughout the project phases.
• Planning and delivering advanced Solar (PV) power generation EPC, Organize and lead cross‐functional project teams to complete EPC projects on time, within budget, and achieve customer expectations.
• Installation, and Supervision on the installation: supervision on structure installation, Photovoltaic modules installation, cabling installation for both DC & AC side, connection of the installed systems to monitoring loggers via the internet, and protection Equipment.
• Ensure Projects Quality by applying Quality Control (QC), and Quality Assurance (QA) during and after the completion of the system installation.
• Ensure a safe work environment by applying Health and Safety plane (HASP) before and during the project installation.
• Testing and Commissioning of the installed PV system to ensure that the system works as expected and according to the Standards and measuring systems (Voc, Vmp, Isc, Imp, …etc.) and startup of the system.
• Problems troubleshooting, and the ability to deal with all problems that arise during system startup and operations.
• Developing Operations and maintenance plans for different sizes of Plants.
• Training, and Project Documentation (prepare final system drawings “as-built drawings”, system components datasheets and user manuals…etc.).
• Responsible for the Procurement process, vendor selection, negotiations, and placing offshore and on-shore orders and the follow‐up until materials delivery.
• Auditing several systems such as Lighting Systems, Electrical Power Systems, HVAC systems, Motors and Pumps, Industrial Processes, etc., to optimize energy efficiency aspects save energy.
• Carrying out an environmental and techno-economic analysis of proposed energy conservation measures.
• Preparing audit reports with all of its related engineering analysis.
• Implementation of energy conservation measures in some of the audited facilities on a shared energy-saving program (Performance Contracting).
• Carrying out the monitoring and verification procedure to show and realize the actual achieved energy saving.
