Analysis and Designing of floor area to be reconstructed for glass floor by STAAD. It was in Arabic villa in Dubai, UAE.
Architectural planning of 425 sq. ft. area which will be used for commercial purpose by AutoCAD.
Designing and Detailing of whole structure (for above mentioned area) by STAAD.

Work and Responsibilities: -
* Make schedule of inspection and corrective maintenance for road structures (such as:
Bridges, Underpasses, Pedestrian Footbridges, Camel Underpasses, Subways, Culverts,
Retaining wall/Soil wall, Abra Landing Steps, Drainage Pump Station and Fire Pump
Stations). And submit to RTA.
* After getting approval from RTA RSFM department, we carried out the full inspection of
road structures with ourselves or with RTA Engineers.
* As per the given RTA format, we make the full report of each structure on daily basis,
monthly basis, quarterly basis and annually, then submit to RTA.
* Structure report consist of defects with photos, method statement and BOQ.
* RTA issued work order to repair the defect/s.
* Mostly we have work on road areas. Our road closure team closed the road for us, then
we carried out the repair work.
* Before conducting of work, we attained the safety meeting on daily basis.
* We have permitted to close the road from 1:00 am to 5:00am (4 hours only), due to
short interval of time we need to make the well set plan of the work.
* Make joint measurement sheet (JMS) and submit to RTA.
* Carried out the inspection of repaired work along with RTA Engineer and get the
approval.
* After satisfaction of RTA Engineers and some other formalities, RTA releases payment.

Work and Responsibility: -
* Read and analysis of working drawings using AutoCAD.
* Estimate the quantity and dimensions of different structural components (Shear wall,
column, partition wall, lift shaft etc) using AutoCAD.
* Update the calculated data in pre modified excel sheet (having unit rates of various
building materials, labors and equipment.
* Prepare contracts and documents.
* Carried out the quantity surveying for false ceiling work of the same project.

Work and Responsibility:
* Maximum team size handled, 10-20 persons.
* Before conducting of work, I checked the safety of workers on daily basis.
* Checked the layout of building with respect to existing structures and site levels.
* Carried out the quality test of RMC - slump test and compressive strength test.
* Carried out construction of foundation - excavation and shoring, ramming,
PCC/blending, water proofing, screeding, steel fixing and casting concrete upto column
neck.
* Site supervision of daily construction activities as per the project technical specification
and IFC drawings.
* Sort out any technical issues in IFC drawings, by discussing them with client and
consultant.
* Support and supervise daily skilled and unskilled workers and give them useful instruction
regarding their work improvement, through coordination with the relevant skilled staff.
* Find the execution problems and solve it through my knowledge and experience with
the suitable solutions.
* Monitored all construction activities - formwork, steel fixing, concreting and curing.
* Inspecting materials prior to their use at site against the control sample approved by the
client.
* Coordinate with subcontractors for work smoothness and provide technical support for
contractor
* Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison.
* Preparing routine reports such as- Work status, Labour reports, Work timeline reports,
Purchase requisitions.
* Carried out the finishing process for exterior and interior such as plastering, tiling,
painting, itching, grinding of base slab, Stone fixing and rubbing.

* Learnt about various materials which increase the friction between corresponding soil
and pile.
* We conclude that bearing capacity of pile will increase, by increasing the friction.
Hence, the length of the pile will reduce and make it more economical.
