• Developing and maintains in-depth knowledge of company products, processes, markets, and competitors.
Direct Sales Responsibilities
• Following up with resident customers and consultants
• Visiting governmental sectors (KFU, HIDA, ..) and consultants (Saudi Consult, Abdullah Al Saif, EuroGulf, ….etc) to introduce BASF in on going projects or future references
• Acquiring new customers and identifying new projects potential
• Attending in-site samples and applications, and train for the proper application methods
Indirect Sales Responsibilities
• Coordinating with Indirect distribution channel manager to penetrates the retail market
• Increase the retail market awareness of BASF existence in the market
• Handling walking customers (private sector) needs and propose the right system/solution to them at BASF SHOWROOM AND STORE

• Qualifying BUILMIX mineral additives ( Micro-silica, Fly Ash, GGBFS, Calcined Kaolin Clay) to readymix plants, precast factories, and consultants
• Managing projects and opportunities to achieve team sales goals
• Developing territory plans to increase sales and market penetration
• Coordinating sales pursuit activity as required with sales reps, sales administrator, and other sales support personnel
• Establishing, documenting and maintaining a strong, well-qualified data base of contacts and opportunities
•Following up with existing customers to maintain the technical satisfaction.
•Investigates and resolves customer’s problems and technical issues.
•Conducting a products trials on both lab and batch mixes.
•Visiting consultants, and propose the complied materials that align with the projects requirements
