I am Civil Engineer with MS Degree in Civil Engineering from KFUPM Dhahran KSA. I have more than 30 years experience in construction industry. My core experience is in infrastructural projects and management as well. Nowadays I have been giving my services to Ministry of Interior (MOI) KSA in the capacity of Project Manager. I have looking after two different projects such as Housing Projects and Security projects. Total cost of the projects is SAR 41 Billion.
My basic responsibility is:
. To support the project supervisor in managing the project.
. To report to the MOI-PS on the progress and status of the project.
. To provide the specialist/ Technical support and recommendations to the MOI-PS on project, construction and Technical management affairs.
. To review and escalation of risks and issues to the MOI-PS and HE Deputy Minister in collaboration with TST.
. To attend the executive weekly progress meeting, verifying and assisting with dealing captured items efficiently and effectively.
. To review and assurance of the status and progress reporting on behalf of the TST.
. To review the recommendations on change/variation orders approval.
. To prepare the monthly executive report for the HE Deputy Minister office.

The Project Consist of eight phases with different Contractors throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Such as:

• Prepare and submit the shop drawings for roads plan and profile, storm, sewerage and water supply plan and profiles.
• Prepare the table for storm and sewerage drainage system network for precast concrete manholes and inlet gullies.
• Prepare the details of the isolation valve chambers, air valve chambers and washout chambers for water supply networks.
• Review the construction drawings for improvement.
• Documentary support to QS department.
• Technical coordination between inter discipline for running activities.
• Review and submit the manufacturers, suppliers and materials for approval.
• In-charge of the precast yard for storm, sewerage manholes, valve chambers, inlet gullies, pole foundations, barriers …etc.
