legal responsibilities: 1-Legal Memorandums and Appeals: Prepare comprehensive legal memorandums analyzing complex legal issues, providing insights, and offering recommendations for strategic decision-making. Draft appeals and legal briefs to challenge adverse decisions or defend the companys interests in disputes, regulatory matters, or litigation proceedings. 2-Contract Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance with Kuwaiti laws and regulations, including Civil Law, Commercial Law, and Labor Law. Identify potential risks, liabilities, and ambiguities in contracts and negotiate favorable terms to protect the companys interests. 3-Commercial Law Expertise: Apply expertise in Kuwaiti Commercial Law to review commercial contracts, transactions, and business agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements related to sales, leases, partnerships, and commercial activities. Provide guidance on corporate governance, business structures, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance in accordance with Kuwaiti commercial laws. 4-Real Estate and Tenancy Laws: Possess expertise in Kuwaiti real estate laws and regulations governing property transactions, leases, and tenancy agreements. Provide legal guidance on property rights, lease negotiations, landlord-tenant disputes, and real estate investments, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
