*Packaging and Printing:
• Packaging development with various materials: plastics, films.

1- “Borouge - 2 Cracked Gas Poly Ethylene Plant Project" with Total Cost (1.3 Billion US$) to produce (1.3 Million Tons/ Year Poly Ethylene) for Client "Abu Dhabi Polymers Company" with Main Contractor "LINDE Company" at (Ruwais - 2) - Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates (UAE).

My position in (Borouge -2) project is Jr Site Engineer Piping of Hot Section Area
Which Includes:-

- (Area 19 & Pipe Rack 72) East - West Inter Connecting Pipe Rack with 3 Boilers.
- (Area 20) Boiler Feed Water System Area.
- (Area 21) Process Steam System Area
- (Area 10) Cracked Gas Area.
- (Areas 11:17) Inter Connecting Areas with 7 Furnaces.
- (Pipe Rack 71) East - West Inter Connecting Pipe Rack Between (3 Boilers &
7 Furnaces) and Main Pipe Rack (70).
- (Area 22) Wash Water System Area.





Duties as Site Construction Engineer

1- Make sure that the site received the last revision of (P&ID - G.A - ISO) drawings approved
For construction before starting execution phase.

2- Share (QA/QC) Engineer in marking the approved drawings for construction with
"Welding Maps".

3 - Establish good organization for (Manpower & Equipment) through engineers and chief of
(Fitters & Welders) to achieve good progress with high quality everyday according to project
(Time Schedule).

4- After the execution phase is starting and going on then, my everyday duties are:-
- Supervise and Follow up the works and solve any problems to be sure that the works are done
In proper (Way & Time).
- Establish Daily Progress Report.
- Establish Daily Problems Report such as (Material Shortage - Equipment
Damage…etc.).
- Discuss the “Progress & Problems” Reports in Staff Meeting to solve any problems and arrange for the works on the next day.

5 - Supervise and follow up the (Sub-Contractors) performance and make sure that their works are done in proper (Way & Time).

6 - Make sure that all the client comments are incorporated.

7- After all hot works are completely finished in proper (Way & Time) after covering all
(Punch Lists) then, arrange for carrying out “Hydro Test” according to “Hydro Test
Procedure & Loops” and finally, Sign the (Hydro test Certificates).
