-Manage the administration department.
-Supervise and coordinate office assistants’ tasks for all the offices in Egypt (Cairo, Alexandria, Port-said)

-Negotiate and renew all contracts for (courier, car rental, travel, hotel, maintenance, etc…)
-Assure new deals and contracts are landed reducing unit costs.

2. Human Resources (Egypt & Jordan):
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment of new employees, including placing
advertisements, developing contacts with recruiting sources, PI/LI
assessments, interviewing, consulting with internal hiring managers and
managing orientation and onboarding process.
• Manage all procedures related to on/off boarding in both countries
• Act as the main person for Payroll processing through HITS for (Egypt) and
payroll vendor for (Jordan)
• Provide monthly HR detailed reports related to cost
center/RICC/MIS/Allocation % etc…
• Act as the point of contact regarding labor law issues & Social insurance
activities in both countries.
• Validate, update & change any records related to staff created in HR systems
through SAP/share point
• Assist in Design and implement of company policies.
• Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
• Employee Relations: point person for all staff regarding HR activities matters
Assist in Assessment of training needs and coordinate learning and
development initiatives for all employees
• Identify and work with external HR consultants and attorneys on special
projects as needed.
