Manage administrative functions, maintain timeline and priorities to support and facilitate other business operations efficiently.
Supervise & coordinate activities of team of receptionists, drivers, office cleaners.
Manage services related to the maintenance, work renovation projects, coordinate contractor /vendor/ technician activities to meet the overall requirements of the organization.
Manage office pantries & stationaries supplies restocking, conference room usage, mail distribution parking area usage.
Oversee corporate travel management & other logistics for events, meetings, negotiate rates with vendors, travel and expenses data management and ensures cost tracking, control and adherence to company’s travel policy.
Manage transportation services for employees and visitors.
Manage supplier relationship and assist procurement team in checking availability of new purchase options and delivery of more cost- efficient solutions.
Handle furniture requisitions according to budget limits, oversee delivery and installations & disposal.
Develop budget recommendations for operating expenses.
Plan space reorganizations, allocate space for new joiners, and ensure new hires transition is smooth.
Manage internal and external office moves.
