Preparing quotations Answer inquiries through email, mobile and telephone. Communicate before and after sending quotation / proposal. Maintaining their record and updating comments in CRM. Maintaining good relationships with existing clients to gain repeat business wherever possible. Keeping data of dispatches and monthly sales
