- Assist with restructuring and re-organising of corporations
registered in the U.A.E. and offshore.

- Prepare employment and consultancy agreements, advice on
redundancy issues and dismissal requirements.
- Opine on employee obligations and rights regarding noncompetition,
trade secrets and confidentiality matters during
and post-termination of employment.
