-Organising and running school vacation programs for primary and high school students.
-Organising and running the community language school on weekends.
-Organising community, family and youth awareness and educational courses and programs
-Organising vocational training courses in: English and computer skills.
-Organising and running community events and parties.
Organising and running sport and arts activities and events.

-Planning, implementing and reviewing projects, programs and activities in the field of physical education and community awareness.
-Organising and running major events and gala days.
-Liaison between various government agencies and community stakeholders.
-Organising and running training courses for the Community Coach Training Program (CCTP).
-Reviewing and developing the CCTP course material.
-Conducting community coaches’ continuous evaluation and appraisal.

-Forming school vision, mission and goals.
-Designing strategies and implementations.
-Establishing school procedures and management principles.
-Supervising day to day duties and activities of the school three departments: Kindergarten (360 students), Primary School (540 students) and Secondary School (270 students).
-Organising and running training and profession development courses and programs for teachers, administrators and logistic support staff.
-Conducting teachers and staff continues evaluation and appraisal.
-Designing and reviewing the school curriculum and syllabus.
-Establishing students’ assessment system and examinations.
-Organising and implementing the school major events and ceremonies.
-Overall quality control and HR OH&S.
-Students’ counseling and welfare.
-Establishing and maintaining school-parents relationship
-Establishing and maintaining school-community relationship

-Organising courses in Computer Science, Languages (English, Arabic, French and German), Management and Accounts
-Establishing all centre procedures and principles
-Supervising all centre day to day duties
-Teaching English as a second language (ESL), Arabic for non-native speakers, management fundamentals, accounts for beginners and secretarial skills

-Stratigic planning and implementations
