Logistics:
* Handle all Import Export shipments in UAE and all Customs Related matters.
* Manage cross shipments from USA, Canada & Europe to emerging markets
like Middle East, Africa & Asia.
* Manage Proper Storage and Shipping of Biomedical Temperature Sensitive
shipment.
* Preparation and submission of documents as per Letter of Credit terms and
conditions.
Customer Service:
* Ensure highest levels of customer service are provided to our customers &
also driving target of 100% ECSL. Monitor customer order backlogs on daily
basis & drive throughput & efficiency.
Procurement:
* Looking for new suppliers locally and internationally having competitive
prices, quality and standards.
Inventory:
* Manage Inventory valuation, inventory accuracy, # of turns, value & % of slow
moving & obsolete stock & for driving lowest levels of inventory possible.
Order Forecast:
* Order forecast with past history and sales expectation.
* Maintain safety stock and order with suppliers on time to have smooth sales
Reporting & Analyzing:
* Reporting - Control, monitor & report all Supply Chain KPI's on a regular basis
daily, weekly & monthly. ECSL, Logistics & warehousing costs, inventory value
& turns, % slow moving & obsolete.
* Follow-up with Sales on pending orders/deliveries and hold stocks.
* Reviews the method of operations on an ongoing basis and identifies areas for
improvement.

Ensured smooth operational activities of showrooms by ensuring adherence
of all activities to company SOPs.
* Planned and enforced new procedures - guidelines to enhance customer
service.
* Facilitated all activities proper documentations as well as developed business
process to improve service level.
* Handled logistics operations and managed accurate - transparent stock
movements as well as closely monitored lead-time of deliveries.
* Administered warehouse stocks and ensured accuracy as per SOPs.
* Conducted needed Periodic Stock Audits and submitted reports on the same.
* Provided required measures to diminish damages and lessen claims.
* Managed with showrooms operating expenses; created budgeting of operating
expenses, furnished monthly/quarterly/annually budget comparison reports,
devised alternatives to minimize operating costs, verified expense vouchers
or check related checklists, and processed customer’s amount refunds.
* Dealt with administrative issues; procured promotion, displays, other
miscellaneous items as well as non-trading items needed for showrooms then
handled latter’s stock inventory.
