Oversee procurement processes for goods/services, ensuring timely MR processing. Coordinate sourcing from local and international vendors, utilizing Oracle for RFQs.
Evaluate quotations, issue POs within budgets, and negotiate with vendors. Conduct market research, assess supplier performance, and identify new supply options.
Ensuring minimums 3 offers received for every MR for evaluation.

Manage all aspects of the procurement and contract process, including pre-qualification, tendering, bid evaluation, commercial, analytics, negotiations, drafting of contracts, contract administration, and close-out for materials and services

• Review client inquiries and contracts, ensuring technical accuracy.
• Resolve technical issues pre-purchase, adhering to industry standards like ASTM, ASME, and API.
• Manage supplier registration and compliance with industry specifications.
• Support sales efforts by updating clients on product developments and expanding business relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for workload management and expedited delivery.
