• Worked closely with vendors, internal staff to determine planning, implementation and integration of system-oriented projects.
• Monitoring and Managing Meraki MX 100 firewall, Switches and APs and Cisco Switches. Applying polices as per cisco recommendations/best practices.
• Installation, configuration, management and troubleshooting of server’s roles such as Hyper V, Failover Cluster, Active Directory, DHCP, FTP, windows server and clients.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting Exchange Server 2013/2016, SCVMM and Symantec Products (SEPM and SMG).
• Managing and performing required changes on the website of Diplomatic club.
• Performing firmware upgrades and drivers to the recommended version and executed software upgrades as needed or scheduled.
• Involved in supporting company ERP applications: - Amadeus - Hogatex, and Epicor-Scala, InfoGenesis, and Oasys.
• Installing, troubleshooting, and configuring workstations, network, and local printers.
• Coordinates liaise with vendors for any IT-related requirements and filing of important IT-related documents and purchasing of new IT hardware/software based on the company’s SOP and requirements.
• Conveying technical information to non-technical audiences and ability to handling customer cases via the E-mail system. Provided day-to-day support to system users, educating employees on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Involved in Monitoring and troubleshooting of Windows Servers and Clients and ensuring system security and performance tuning of servers and clients. Preparing and configuring workstation according to the users requirements and escalate IT issues to the IT Manager where necessary.
• Creating, configuring User, group, OU’s management using active directory and group policies.
• Monitoring and configuring policies of Network equipment such as IronPort S170 and backing up accordingly as part of preventive maintenance.
• Installation and troubleshooting of Symantec products (SEPM & Symantec security for exchange).
• Support on ERP System, Amadeus, and Scala, InfoGenesis, and Oasys company applications.
• Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems.
• Installation, configuring, and support for Microsoft products such as Active Directory, DNS, Windows Server backup, etc. User, group, OU’s management using active directory and configuring and managing group policies.
• Installation and upgrade of antivirus on Servers and Client systems and management of File and Folder permissions and Disk Quotas for users.
• Performing & Scheduling Backups.
