Provide a range of front line administrative services for the school which include support for staff, students, parents and other clients and undertake routine queries.
Provide general clerical support for the school utilizing a range of systems and software to produce and format a broad range of filing and documentation.
Provide routine advice on office administrative processes as well as providing general operational support to team members and other school staff.
Maintain and operate office systems relevant to student, staff, facilities and records services.
Prepare the Certificate of Registration and other relevant letters as requested by the parent/student.
Schedule the KG assessments and placement tests and coordinate with the facilitators of the tests.
Issue letter of acceptance and/or probationary status letters to incoming students.
Operate personal computers and related equipment and input data.
Sort, index and file materials alphabetically, numerically and by other predetermined categories.
Prepare record-keeping systems, indexes, guides and procedures for archival research and for the retention and destruction of records.
Record and manage medical records.
Manage organizations’ central records systems.
Analyze the record-keeping needs of organization, and translate these needs into record management systems.
Maintain computerized and other record management systems and record forms, and advising on their usage.
Control access to confidential information, and recommend codes of practice and procedures for accessing records.
Develop record cataloguing, coding and classification systems, and monitor their use.
Work with SEC (Supreme Education Council) on their projects of student update information & relate teachers information connected to their Human Resource Department
