Sun and Sand Sports is the largest retailer and wholesaler of sporting goods across the Middle East. My career highlights at current employer encompasses the following roles
❖ Liaise with brand team, warehouse management & company's key suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of all inbound shipments, both local & international.
❖ Prepared all necessary documentations for inbound & Outbound shipments like,
• GIT, GRNs, supplier's invoices verification etc.
• Apply for c/o (certificate of origin) online in Dubai Chamber of Commerce
• HS code summaries for customs clearance purpose
• Updating freight and custom duty cost of TNT, ARAMEX and DHL in our log file
❖ Coordinate with local as well as overseas showrooms, warehouses for outbound shipments, prepare delivery schedules & export schedules.
❖ Prepare analytical reports based on the monthly sales volume, companywide and region wide, compare it forecasted sales figures and report variances and their reasons to senior management. Identify the top brands contributing to company's gross profit margin. Calculate the impact of promotional sales events and sales-mix.
