•Lead all IT Change management procedures for the Business
•Successfully ensure that the business adheres to ISO-27001 and BS-7799 and PCI-DSS standards,
•Lead all IT Asset consolidation for Legal Audits.
•Successfully implemented Business Dialers in lieu of manual calling, bringing in huge cost saving for the business unit,
