Overall management of the Department's work aimed at organizing economic efficiency, through organizing, participation and control of budget planning, business planning and analysis of economic activities;
•Organizing and controlling the process of preparation, coordination and approval of the annual budget of the Partnership;
•Organizing and control over making budget adjustments due to changes in macroeconomic and other parameters in accordance with the Documented Budgeting procedure;
•Cost Control - being responsible for controlling the project costs including planning, developing, controlling, and forecasting the project’s budget. The goal of cost control is to minimize the deviation from the budget and ensure that the project is completed within the approved budget.
•Control over compliance with budgetary discipline;
•Organizing and control over the process of preparing, agreeing and approving the business plan of the Partnership on an annual basis;
•Participation in the development and control of the financial model of the Partnership and its regular update in accordance with changing parameters;
•Control over a timely preparation of a budget performance report of the Partnership;
•Making proposals on automation of business planning and budgeting system, plan/actual analysis;
•Making proposals on improving the management reporting system;
•Participation in meetings of committees (prior BoD meetings), working groups on financial and economic activities of the Partnership, including the issues of consideration of budgets, business plans and production programs;
•Control over performance of official duties of subordinates, and evaluating their performance;
•Periodically identifying, assessing, analysis and monitoring of the Company's risks;
•Timely coordination of tender documents and results of tender procedures, participation in tender commissions on tenders;
•Performing of other duties within the area of my responsibilities, established by internal documents and in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the charter of the Partnership, decisions of the Sole Participant, orders and orders of the General Director - the Chairman of the Management Board and / or the Partnership's Board, as well as other assignments of the General Director - the Chairman of the Management Board;
•Involving in review and drafting of strategic contracts of the Partnership that are related to further production phase
•Participating in work groups related to amendments in subsoil use contracts (drafting, coordinating and organizing further approval steps of work programs / development programs)
•Budget Control including preparation of CAPEX/OPEX Budgets and AFEs, Invoice review

I was responsible for developing the Company's budget preparing masterfile being as an economist. I also developed the budget performance report which is submitted to financial committee on a monthly basis. Many other documents and masterfiles were created and run by me.
