We are the authorized distributors Working where I am working as Pre sales Engineer to provide IT solutions that can be implemented at the end customer by focusing on the sale of the products of our vendors like Oracle, Symantec, Net App and HDS. Providing solutions of both fields whether Hardware or Software utilization.
Manage Relationship with senior Pre Sales and Partner sales managers over UAE, Saudia, Egypt and Pakistan.
• To provide pre-sales support to Sale team for technical discussions by providing Pre sales documentation.
• Provide subject matter expertise in a pre-sales capacity for prospects, business alliances on all Oracle products.
• Proper assistance providing to the Partner sales managers by providing services in quote creation.
• Responding to detail RFI/RFPs.
• Preparing and giving product demonstrations.
• Delivery of on-going feedback to product development/management based on prospect of customer.
• Responding to prospect and discussing product enhancements.
Hired as System Support Officer working was to provide run time support to the 300 client stations being utilized with in the network that was the setup for Call center for third party Telenor Project.
Trouble shooting of System hardware, software and applications . Afterwards was promoted to designation of Asset controller. Main JD s were to look after, maintain and procurement of all the IT assets being used with in the network.
Managing and controlling over all assets available in the company premises.
• Keeping records updated in the inventory.
• Coordination with vendors for the repairing and new procurement of assets.
• Directly reporting to the IT Manager for the stats.
• Keeping track of all the IT assets regarding maintenance and utilization.
• Preparing documents for the Internal and External Audits of the IT Assets of the company for ISO clarification.
Handle incoming calls of the customers regarding their problems & queries related to the company product and promotions. Both Prepaid and Postpaid queues.
