Main focal point and handles overall recruitment process from selection to mobilization.
•Maintains personal files of all employees and files office copies or original of correspondence and documents.
•Preparation of offer letter and necessary documents such as service request, candidate requirements, gate pass and access card, for mobilization.
•Arrange ticket booking of Managers and employees and prepare expense report of the business trips of employees.
•Manage the insurance of all employees and maintain records including the family of employee, ensuring the timely reimbursement of their medical expenses.
•Process daily reimbursable of employees such as education assistance, Club memberships, RP renewal etc.
•Provide an effective secretarial and administrative service to the Supervisor and Human Resources Manager.
•Assist to payroll in absence of Supervisor.
