I am currently working in FUNG BUSINESS SERVICES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED; I have been working in this company for 6-years. My post here is of Senior Assistant - Order Management.
I handle relation between Customer as well as Vendor.
I work Globally for Customer: Lucky Brand, Aero Postal, Wolverine World, American Eagle, Pepe Jeans, Theory LLC, Boot Barn, Fox Head, Hans brands, Karl Lagerfeld, Torrid, Link Theory Jap, The Talbots, Thrifty’s, Vineyard Vines, Kohls and many more.
I manage overall system data integrity with primary focus on creating Purchase Order, review and create Customer claim chargeback, Debit Note/ Credit Note, Item creation. I review daily shipments to customer for proper invoicing.
I also work on Customer site to generate UCC labels.
I ensure all electronic transaction (EDI) are sent and ensure all SLA are met on time
