Managing the personnel administration of subordinates in
marketing unit including Assistant Marketing Manager,
Marketing Administrators, coordinators and the designers.
Driving and inspiring the team to come up with lucrative
ideas.
Networking and maintaining relationships with creative
agencies.
Executive project planning and ensuring timely delivery of
final material.
Ensuring all marketing collateral is professionally produced,
of the highest quality and reflects exhibition and corporate
guidelines.
Researching and developing dedicated data management
procedures for the whole department.
Conducting a yearly marketing plan with an action plan analysing Questionnaires, writing reports, organising and hosting presentations and customer visits, assisting with promotional activities, helping to organise market research, planning for sales, sometimes managing sales and customer relationship.
