o Coach, train, appraise and manage Q.C team in absorbents plant.

o Promote, support and facilitate the creation and use of internal KPI's to drive continuous improvement.
o Facilitate and coach in problem solving / root cause analysis using techniques such as 5why, brainstorming, pareto analysis, DMAIC etc.
