• Hourly allocations for the entire project team as per Fee Estimate and update of project group latest
• Assisting with claiming reimbursement for funds with proven slips to accommodate claim and pay-out process.
• Specifications formatting as per Anglo American Platinum Standards and package allocations per project file
• Project Reports, Drawing registers and allocations of drawings.
• Organizing hunting weekend venue, food, cook to prepare meals etc. and Client invitations
• Execute project related duties complying to. all expectations of 4 Directors and 5 Engineers.
• Fleet Management - Company vehicle maintenance and control of Engineers site visits bookings. Ensure all vehicles comply to ISO 9004 Site Health and Safety requirements.
• Managing administration on floor as per Administration Manager request
• Covid stock management and screening process and document control as per weekly audits on visitor and calendar bookings for meetings including attendance registers signed by all attendees.

Proposals Administrator 2016 - 2019

• RFQ would be received and would be registered.
• New Proposals number on our BAS system created.
• RFQ with templates Word and Excel to be used by Engineer to edit for quotation
• Proposal finalisation would be done as per client specific.
• Client receives proposals and review specifics according to project plan.
• Suitable employees for the specific job with rate table and Remuneration for hourly fees.

Secretary / Receptionist 2019 - 2021

• Front Office Management, neat and clean presentation with good check QR scan method in place linked with reception check in list and check out on exit with all necessary stationery and material
• Screening calls and transfers to various departmental Manager, Directors or CEO and COO
• Hostess for client meetings with project related Calendar invitation as per Engineering request and pre booked boardroom allocations as per reception management
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office or boardroom
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, couriers, and document deliveries
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, QR scan and issue visitor badges)
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock

Throughout my years of work i have gathered many years of experience with various courses that i have completed while working in a MIning Consultancy Company with Project Engineers and Project Managers. I have various certifications for different levels of skills that i needed to perform my job descriptions and therefore I was afforded the opportunities to do training for the various job descritpions that i held throughout the 14 years and 7 months employment.
