• Validating project designs and verifying that all aspects of engineering support, environmental controls, operational viability, time assigned, budgeted costs quality and safety parameters are acceptable/complied with both international & local codes as well as quality & HSE standards.
• Supervising all site activities and resources for low & high voltage systems, low current systems (security access control systems, special systems, master clock systems, audio video systems, CCTV, fire alarm systems, music system, telephone & data system, AV system, TV broadcasting, data center tier III, & wi fi.

-Project: Eastern Gas Distribution System (EGDS) upgrade project involving control rooms & administration building at Tawelah, Mata, & Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Project Value: AED 1184 Million.
-Project: DAMAC properties Rose & Gardenia building projects at Dubai, UAE. Project Value: AED 352 Million.
Key Responsibilities :
• Administered complete spectrum of MEP, fire protection work, which comprised of managing activities like site management, determining time span of project completion, managing project accounts and budgets, estimated variation claims, & tracking monthly payments.
• Periodically assisted and reviewed manning figures, to maintain a balance between under- and over-staffing so that all employees are fully occupied during their hours on duty, whilst balancing the need for overtime and the use of outside contractors.
• Coordinated and supervised the work of service-contractors and certified that all outside contractors and in-house employees carry out their work, in accordance with and adherence to company, local and regional health and safety standards.
