Key Responsibilities :
• Preparing work plans/schedules, facilitating in developing and estimating design packages, providing QC oversight, interpreting building plans, handling all mechanical and electrical trade submittals, shop drawing and QC operations as they apply to MEP, MEP RFI's, etc.
• Performing technical analysis of MEP drawing to avoid inconsistencies in drawings, specification, vendor list, & bill of quantities before issuing tender for bidders and thus avoiding any fall-outs.

• Validating project designs and verifying that all aspects of engineering support, environmental controls, operational viability, time assigned, budgeted costs quality and safety parameters are acceptable/complied with both international & local codes as well as quality & HSE standards.
