Job duties:
Sr. Mechanical Engineer HVAC, Plumbing and firefighting in high rise building at King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh (around 2 billion SAR) :including
➢ Install The Mechanical Systems (HVAC, Plumbing, firefighting, Hot Water solar system and smoke system)
➢ Monitor and tracks for daily progress and work completed, comparing planned to actual
➢ Follow up Subcontractor's scope and Project progress.
➢ Issue, receive and verify the Q.S report.
From Jan.2018 to Dec.2019
Sr. Mechanical Engineer HVAC, Plumbing in North Project (NEOM) /4 Star and 5 Star Royal Hotels/ (1.3 billion SAR) including:
• Install The Mechanical Systems For daily progress and work completed comparing planned to actual
• Follow up Project progress.
• Issue, receive and verify the Q.S reports
Mechanical Site Engineer HVAC, Plumbing and Firefighting in Riyadh Power Plant no. 10 Project(11.2 billion SAR) including:
• Monitor and tracks daily progress and work completed, comparing planned to
actual Quantity survey, Material Submittal, Purchase orders, Periodic Evaluation.
• Investigate Site problems and recommend solutions
• Follow up Project progress.
• Issue, receive and verify the Q.S reportI
Mechanical design, Re design the drawings, Preparing shop drawings, Engineering calculations, Material Submittals, as built drawing, Follow up Project progress, Quantity surveying, Periodic evaluation, Payment certificate
Prepare Shop drawings for Spare Parts.
Prepare The design and drawings for new Parts
Follow up Project progress
