Nivea is a worldwide leading company in personal care products.
- Collaborating with supported departments (Marketing, Trade Marketing), for developing and implementing sales strategy through effective and efficient method.
- Circulating and helping sales force in implementing all processes of sales strategies, operation plan, and credit terms for all trade channels.
- Managing Directing Channel Sales Managers and Branch Managers in management sales operations.
- Developing, Training, Motivating, and Evaluating sales force to generate a pool of high caliber employees.
- Optimizing sales spending (trade spending and distribution cost) through initiating annual grid activities with expected cost and outcomes.
- Managing trade inventory levels according to sales channel targets and objectives.
- Analyzing customer needs with cooperation with trade marketing to create suitable merchandising tools to secure the best outcome from the BDA.
- Managing key customer’s profitability with excellent deployment for BDA and maintain customer satisfaction according to the company policies.
- Collaborate with HR Department to setup annual training grid for sales team.
- Reviewing sales results monthly and initiate appropriate corrective actions and plans.
- Ensuring annual targets delivering according to 4P’s executing.
- Monitoring competitor’s activities including relevant KPI’s “Market share, Shelf Share”.
- Developing and setting sales forecast and appropriate performance goals.
- Maintaining a positive relationship with all key customers to deliver the agreed contracts and maintain our shelf- share continuously.
