• My Mission was to monitor and analyze the key performance indicators of every after sales branches/dealership facilities on regular basis and give guidance using the standard operation procedures to ensure their development by creating and implementing the smart objectives and the related action plans in regards in order to achieve our Vision which is the productivity goals while satisfying customers for quality and prompt delivery that leads to the stable profit.
• Establishing the new service centers layouts including recommended equipments, tools and special service tools required for branches/ dealers service centers.
• Responsible for all reports as well as business plans and feasibility studies that should be raised to the top management and Chairman.
