Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and administering development
and training programs for company employees. This role involves enhancing the
performance and skills of employees through various initiatives, including leadership
development, talent management, performance management, and organizational
change.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing the processes, strategies, and systems that support the business development team. This role focuses on streamlining and optimizing the operations that drive business growth, ensuring that business development initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively, bridges the gap between business development, sales, and operational functions, ensuring smooth execution of strategies, and training programs for company employees, through various initiatives, including leadership development, talent management, performance management, and organizational change.

• Setting yearly department plan for, products, people, finance, equipments
• Develop and cerate branches layout
• Conduct market studies compared to competitors and purchasing power &visibility
studies for a new opened branch.
• Deliver (H.Q.S.C) & values Promises
• Setting and following up financial system to control monthly P&L
• Setting and lunching home delivery system
• Setting and lunching sales department system (catering)
• Initiate in preparing restaurant management positions structure, as well as the
development plan for each position.
• Responsible for circular meeting with all the department personnel for determine the
targets & plans with personal follow up.
• Set yearly training plan for all job levels in the stores to develop technical skills and
motivate people initiatives through internal & external programs & ongoing support in
coordination with the training department.
• with stores managers aligned with the quality department.
• Participate in setting & developing operation Manual (operations guide and QRG) and
ensure that the store managers are applying the guides.
• Responsible for all the operational, planning, administrative & follow up activates for
assigned stores.
• Coordinate with all the concerning departments (Internal) regarding the operational
process (Maintenance, marketing, personnel …etc.).
• Follow up on the reports that should be presented for the other departments through all
the stores managers. Such as (Maintenance, HR, warehouse).
• Prepare analysis reports in coordination with the stores managers in terms of (Q.S.C &
customer complains - sales - costs) and remedy the shortfalls through corrective action
plans.
• Participates in setting yearly budget (sales & Cost) in coordination with the financial
department.
• Setting manpower plan for all the company stores.
• Prepare yearly marketing plan in coordination with the marketing department.
• Setting yearly career promotion plan in coordination with training & human recourse
departments for all positions for assigned stores according to the annual appraisal.
