Commercial & Financial Management
• Providing oversight on all finance and commercial matters relating to contracts to reduce cost, drive profit and manage risk in a safe and ethical manner.

• Performing commercial audit and compliance, identifying areas for continuous improvement in processes as well as approving SAP changes per the DAM and acting as an escalation point for SSC issues
• Managing, coaching and developing talented teams to deliver high performance; ascertaining commercial best practice and regularly updating Senior Management on contractual issues.
• Identifying opportunities to drive cost efficiencies and revenue generation (commercial value creation) through the implementation of commercial review processes for reviewing and challenging plans, budgets and forecasts.
