*Call center agent receive the call from customers
*Handling different complains from the customers and resolve it and follow up to get customer totally satisfaction
* Reporting to my supervisor at end of the day through daily tracking sheet
* Working with 3 different computer systems
* To greet, assist and serve customers in order to ensure the provision of the highest standards of customer service and the achievement of maximum sales
* Promoting the Brand / Service as per the company policy
* Maintain & update product knowledge
* Adhere to the policies & processes of the company with respect to operations.
