Ensure accuracy and update of data related to short-term planning: formulas, technical series, set up matrix, etc
Follow the execution of the production plan and the reasons for its non-execution.
Provide optimized planning on PU tools while respecting rules and procedures to avoid breaches
Adjust the production planning for the month in progress, m+1 and m+2 while respecting the monthly planning cycle

• Ensuring that potential safety issues related to the environment, the process and the product to be considered at all stages.
• Organize and follow the production plan to provide all the required / planned products on time in full.
• Manage losses and consumption of all packaging materials, including recording, analyzing and taking corrective action where required.

Processing and packaging chemist at Eagle Chemicals:
• Control the process of production of Alkyd (Resin) and all its branches (long alkyd, Medium A., Short A., Air drying A., Air non drying A., Gel A., Polyester, urethenated, Castro oil A., and Styrenated A., ).
• Perform tests throughout stages of production to determine degree of control over variables which include temperature, density, viscosity, compatibility, and pressure.
