* Handle the manpower plan by the execution of all recruitment procedures (Job posting, Screen CVs, Phone interviews, Conducting Interviews, Preparing Job Offers, and Welcoming new employees). 
* Handle the recruitment of different positions level (junior, staff and managerial) in different departments (Marketing, Sales, Administration, IT, Finance and Export). 
* Handle the procedures of the employees’ internal transfer and ensure that they are allocated in appropriate positions.
Learning & Development:
Prepare the annual training budget and get the required approvals. *Prepare the annual Internship plan. 
* Analysis the Performance Management and competencies results and link them with development and training programs to extract the annual training plan. 
*Conduct Performance Management sessions and ensure that the company objectives are cascaded across the departments.  *Handle all types of training (Interpersonal Skills, Technical, Language and Computer) in addition to the post graduate studies. *Conduct interpersonal In-House training programs (Communication, Goal Setting, and Time & Stress Management) and ensure that the other types of training are handled by other In-House trainers. 
* Conduct weekly meetings with the staff to track the progress of the training.
*Ensure that all training procedures are implemented according to the ISO standards. 
* Prepare monthly, quarter, semester and annual reports and extract recommendations based on the analysis. 
* Launch High Potentials Leadership Program (starting from preparing the action plan including the criteria of employees who should apply, designing the post, finalize the assessment tools and negotiate proposals with external providers and announce for the finial candidates). 
* Responsible for CSR (Corporate Social Responsibilities) program for 3 weeks for fresh graduate students and prepare development plan for the selected candidates.
Organization Development:
*Prepare job analysis and set meetings with each Department Head to align the standardize job requirements with the actual responsibilities then finalize the job descriptions.
*Finalize the departments’ structure. 
* Finalize the Career Development Track for each department in alignment with the HR Manager and the Department Head.

Senior Training Specialist at Orascom Construction Industries

*Conduct interviews for undergraduate students for internship programs and handle the allocation as per the internship plan.
*Participated in Grading Structure project in cooperation with Towers Watson Company.
