Responsibilities:
.Providing management level leadership for the security function in Nigeria and company projects
•Write or review security-related documents, such as incident reports, proposals, and tactical or strategic initiatives.
•Train subordinate security professionals or other organization members in security rules and procedures
• Implementing Industrial security policies and initiatives to protect personnel, assets and reputation in cooperate offices in Nigeria.
• Providing risk analysis for Ricchrock`s activities in Nigeria and assessing the impact of community and security risks on our operations
• Providing physical security and supply chain security for operations in our sites in Nigeria.
• Support to establishment of new company branches in Nigeria
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintaining a safe working environment for all our employee, contractors etc and able to deal with the ever changing environment we operate.
• Investigate security breaches and assist with the resulting actions taken.
• Communication of the company’s security stance, including compliance issues, risks, and
incident to upper management.
• Liaise with journey manager by managing our journey to maintain an excellent road safety of our personnel to ensure they reach their destination safely.
• Liaise with CLO and PRO to ensure smooth community settlement.
.Work with Safety department to settle security and safety issues and prevent near miss and accident
• Conducting visitors briefing for all Personnel, Contractors, and Visitors before granting them Access into our facility.
• Regularly updating personnel database software.
• Generating daily/weekly records and processing report of Personnel on Board ‘‘POB’’
at any given point in time.
• Granting access to only authorized personnel into our restricted facility.
• Monitoring movement of personnel entry and exit of our restricted facility.
• Manage the corporate risk and control assessment reporting process as well as manage and maintain infrastructure elements.
i. Conducting visitors briefing for all Personnel, Contractors, and Visitors before granting
them Access into our facility.
ii. Regularly updating personnel database software.
iii. Generating daily/weekly records and processing report of Personnel on Board ‘‘POB’’ at
any giving point in time.
iv. Granting access to only authorized personnel into our restricted facility.
v. Monitoring movement of personnel entry and exit of our restricted facility.
Coordinated logistics and remuneration for technical manpower and contract staff outsourced to constructions and erection for our client.
