Secertarial duties with other Contract translations
- Posting advertisements for new employees in newspapers.
- Setting interview appointments and being involved in the hiring & firing process.
- Update, Organize and maintain employee records.
- Handling all issues involving employee complaints or questions that cannot be answered by other staff.
- Manage and prepare payroll issues, including annual leave and return.
- Ensuring all record keeping with regards to workman's compensation, health and medical insurance.
- Preparing visa for employees
- Reservation & booking tickets
- Organizing files.
- Writing memos and producing company documents.
- Preparing all salaries, indemnities & annual leave’s calculation for employees.
