Customer Service officer
- Deliver qualitative services to customers.-
- Promote bank products and service.-
-Build customer relationships.
Maintain and manage existing accounts and Capture new accounts.
-Respond to customer inquiries and resolve.
- open new accounts and Assist customers in depositing and withdrawing cash.
-Refer complex issues to the management.
-Ensure best practices in rendering services to customers.
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative activities of the Sales members in an efficient and effective manner and Act as an interface between Sales and Technical departments.
- Check insurance applications (coverage required by the prospective client or the insured) and forward them to the technical/LMPA Departments.
- Review the policies and the quotations according to the insured requirements and make sure that they are processed on timely basis.
- Follow up the pending cases both with sales team and concerned underwriters.
- Generate daily reports like (sales activities, production, renewals, and statistic) and provide them timely to the sales manager.
- Assist in the annual renewal process.
- Communicate with the company's brokers .
- Answer all distributors' inquiries with the coordination with the concerned department.
- Maintain highly confidential files and maintain an efficient filing system.
- Follow up system to ensure that the Sales Team’s workloads are correctly prioritized.
- Work towards being a high quality internal service provider and to ensure that all administrative support requirements are being met.
Prepare power point presentations/excel files and arrange for meetings/conferences.
- Act as a key resource and liaison to other functional areas of business, building productive cross- functional relationships.
- Provide well maintained work environment of a high standard.

I dealt with more than forty sales representatives and their team leaders in the head quarter of the company in addition to the branches. Beside that I used to coordinated their works with the other departments .
My responsibilities were:
- communicate between the insured and the insurance company .
- Supply the insurance company with the insured documents.
- Study the quotations according to the insured requirements and the insurance companies products.
- Research and review available insurance products in other insurance companies to make sure that the client got the best offer.
- Follow up the issuance of the policies.
- Expose Vehicles, Factories, Houses and Offices with the Syrian Insurance company's experts.
- Respond the client's queries and claims; understand the stress when a loss occurs.
- Review clients' circumstances to make sure that the level of insurance is appropriate.
- Prepare external document like Invoices, Statement of Account.
- Insert all contracts into Computer.
- Write Commercial Correspondences.
