Process transactions, reconciliations and inquiries related to wholesale loan operations.
Ensure all required documents have been provided and check compliance with Bank and Central Bank regulations, track discrepancies and follow-up with the respective departments.
Monitor, review, and revise company enrolments / limits as per risk management guidelines.
Verify that approved credit portfolio is as per the established policy & procedural guidelines.
Perform the reconciliation of financial bookings to identify and resolve accounts differences.
Process instructions from business regarding settlements or other requests.
Prepare/generate statistical and management reports.
Communicate internal (Treasury -Wholesale - Payments, etc . ) /external ( Clients - Agent banks )
Ensure all loan operations policies and bank guidelines are complied with, conform to risk policies and procedures, Basel framework and AML policies to ensure regulatory compliance .
Builds strong relationships with local employers to generate future vacancies.
Generates a target number of vacancies per month through cold calling, mail shot and face-to-face meetings with existing and new employers
Contributes to team targets for job outcomes in terms of job starts and sustainability
Identifies, agree and organize pre-job training needs of clients with employers where appropriate
Ensures all job interactions are recorded on a management information system on a daily basis
Maintains quality records on management information system for use by the job advisors and fellow employer advisors
Publicises all vacancies to job advisors within 24 hours
Works alongside job advisors to ensure they are aware of employer-led vacancies and to clearly communicate employers’ recruitment needs and interview processes
Engages with employer-focused partner organisations such as Chambers of Commerce and Business Forums and other key stakeholders to develop and strengthen employer contacts and engage their commitment to use our services.
