My role at Abyat is (1) the management of corporate projects and (2) Design and tracking of the balanced scorecards with the objectives & KPIs for the company, departments and all employees.
(1) Project Management
Ensure the success of around 10 strategic projects annually. Examples of these projects are: SAP Enhancements for Demand Planning & Inventory Management, Feasibility study for Distribution Center, Succession Planning for the critical Roles, Work Breakdown Structure for opening a new store in KSA, Organization Design & Grading Scheme, Optimizing Production Processes to decrease manpower and wastage, Integration of Sales and production modules for Kitchens and Doors & Windows, Structure and SOPs for the business department
(2) Balanced Scorecards
• Designed and implemented Abyat’s Balanced Scorecard & Strategy Map. We defined KPIs at 2 levels key results areas / bottom lines defined mainly at corporate level and drivers of performance that are defined on the employee level and used for his/her appraisal. For any major variance an initiative is planned and managed as a project based on its size.
• Aligned the HR Employee appraisal with the KPIs and performance in Projects delivery for all job roles
• Prepare presentations and reports for the Quarterly Board Meetings
