•Responsible for petty cash reimbursement & materials requisition.
•Preparing correspondence letters to subcontractors/Suppliers & Internal office memoranda.
•Preparing / updating materials/product specifications.

•Responsible for other clerical works such as but not limit to receiving fax transmittals, attending to incoming phone calls.

•Follow up with technical engineer regarding the purchase order.
•Evaluate & finalize the requested order regarding the best score & the best price.
•Collect & save the best suppliers for the federal authority next purchases.
