Cairo Center for Development Benchmarking (CDB) is a research and consultation company that works on research consultation, training and publishing in the MENA region. The aim of the institution is to promote best practices and the outstanding models for development. For CDB Development doesn't refer only to the non-governmental sector; it is the common space shared by businesses, the government, civil society, and international organizations.
Supporting the Chairman's efforts to manage IDSC external relationships with main partners including the Cabinet of Ministries, Government ministries, international Institutions, NGOs, and Private sector.
Review IDSC' departments work and monthly achievements and prioritizing the coming work according the cabinet needs.
Suggesting and advising on Chairman's letters, memos and reports before sending to Prime- Minister or any of the Cabinet members.
Routinely Scanning IDSC environment and external image to define chances and threats.
Building internal incubators for creative ideas and project before launching.
Help with coordination of IDSC events calendar to meet government needs, the Chairman priorities and the strategic plan.
Offering advice and sustainable solutions to problems related to internal departments and staff.
Developing and executing IDSC internal competitions between departments and employees.

Develop Work plans and Activities
Providing policy advice in key political issues including the laws and the treaties.
Managing and delivering all research projects to a high standard
Building and developing projects, contacts and funding sources.
Networking of funders, academics, policy makers, associates and supporters.
Proposes topics and content structures to the decision makers.
Set individual employee goals and provide routine evaluations of progress toward these goals.
Work closely with team members to manage advanced output.

The Master of Public Administration (MPA) program at the Dubai School of Government is an interdisciplinary, professional program that prepares students for high-level positions in the government, quasi-government, or the nonprofit sectors. It has a twofold objective: to train students in the modern theory and techniques of public sector management, and to help them better understand the political and social context in which public policies are designed and implemented and public services are provided.
