My role: Collaborating with the CTO, the product manager and the development team to establish the user research foundation, user experience design and usability testing practices that help the Accelerator Platform presents serious opportunities to solve old problems in high-reliability and high-risk environments.
Procedure Accelerator (PA): A full feature procedure lifecycle management solution
Collaborating with the R&D manager and PA product manager, I have created design solutions and developed interactive wireframes; to motivate stakeholders to work together to simplify the creation, maintenance, and execution of standard work procedures.
Working with the localization specialists, the project manager and the user experience lead at Netflix Inc., I have provided state of the art UX practices and usability guidelines on how to design, develop and evaluate digital user interfaces including the video player to better reflect the targeted Arab users' mindset, for better customer engagement on multiple devices and platforms.
ORACONNECT.net Platform: The first Oracle-Specialized Talent-as-a-Service cloud platform that instantly connects Oracle specialists worldwide.
Conducting user research, usability inspections and UI design practices to align both user requirements and business goals. Applying the UX practices into the development lifecycle, increasing the online registered users with more than 50%.
Syngenta BioTrial: Agricultural business information system customized for field scientists
Designed a global solution for agricultural trials execution that supports scheduling, tracking, and management of workload as well as the implementation of trials for the generation of data and or biological material.
Conducted user research and developed UI wireframes to align both business goals and user needs. Stakeholders were from 90 countries based on 119 R&D sites and 107 production and supply sites.
Our aim was to increase the online donation income (conversion rate) and help users take knowledgeable decisions aligned with CCHF mission and business goals. To fulfill this project, we:
- Identified and segmented the potential user groups; and develop a deep understanding of their needs, motivations, expectations and reflections as the foundation for the effective online donation process.
- Applied the required user research techniques, interaction design process and usability testing methods.

Responsibilities and duties:
- Participate and share knowledge to develop the organization annual plan, Member of the IDSC Strategic Planning Committee (2009-present)
- Develop and supervise the annual operational plan at the department level including sub-units and team works
- Follow-up and evaluate the performance and activities of the team works (Monthly-Yearly)
- Participate in the development of the annual HR training plans
- Follow-up and coordinate with Top-Level managers, Executives and IDSC chairman
