• Proficient in calculating & review Power Utilization Effectiveness (PUE) & Data Centre Infrastructure Efficiency (DCiE).
• Responsible for planning & generating RFP, RFQ, CAPEX & OPEX, ROI for site level operations & maintenance expenditure.
• Responsible for planning the yearly PM calendar for complete HVAC & related electro-mechanical assets along with preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual maintenance work performance reports.
• Trained in Hazard Identification & Risk Analysis (HIRA).

Manage all site level electro-mech engineering challenges during project execution phase.
• Part of JLL project development team to oversee technical aspects of MEP & FAS systems along with snags identifications for the project in transition before handing over to facility team.
• Engaged in the maintenance of one of the most sophisticated electro-mechanical & HVAC systems of IBM.
• Identification & implementation of energy saving opportunities in facility for ongoing LEED certification.
• Maintain all critical data center related mechanical system requirements.
• Reviewing & proposing required calculation for heating & cooling load, ACPH & ventilation requirements based on the type of system needed by the client during project expansion phase.

breakers such as VCB, ACB, OCB, &
Transformers, U.P.S to optimize
operation of systems.
* Preparation of Monthly, quarterly,
half yearly and annual maintenance
reports and PPT’s.
* Maintaining track on HSD
consumption and its procurement for
the D.G ’s & ordering and inspection
of spare parts.
* Strictly adherence to the government
compliance related to Air, Water
pollution, E-waste, Solid waste and
timely monitor of disposable of
hazardous waste generated within
facility.
* Maintenance of Sewage Treatment
Plant.
* Provide technical and logistical
support during evacuation of facility,
movement of assets and also
maintaining FAR (Fixed Assets
Register).
* Conducting & aiding in various
internal/external audits such as
QHSE, SSAE’16 SOC-1 SOC-2, HSD
and Energy Audits etc

To monitor complex Heat treatment processes in Axle manufacturing such as Normalizing,
Quenching, Tempering, Stress Relieving, Induction Hardening, Shot blasting etc.
* Responsible to monitor product manufacturing at each stage as per drawing sheet.
* Familiar with various axles hardness testers such as Vickers and Rockwell.
* Responsible for closely monitoring the quality check of product and measure precision
attained after component manufactured at each stage.
* Excellent knowledge of Heat Treatment and other manufacturing processes etc.
