-Enter data in payroll systems (processing new hires, updating employee information, addressing terminations, EOS, vacations, absences, adjustments, etc)
- Process travel and expense reports in a timely and effective manner
- Process Overtime and expense reports in a timely and effective manner
- Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
- Prepare payroll review and submit to the management
- Provide the assistance and support on special assignments and tasks
- Report to the management all reports needed from Business Intelligence or the ERP system.
- Create payroll reports for all SANS employees on a timely basis and send it to the Management
- Ensure all ERP HR functions are running
- Maintain the record of all the employee benefits and deductions
- Verify, Check & Process all the travel expenses
- Provide the cash and bank salary documents for disbursements
- Review and alter all the earnings and deduction transactions
- Highlight any exceptional payments and provide justifications
- Create yearly Staff Cost Budget & assumption expenses for five years
- Assist the Performance Management & Reward Supervisor in the development of SANS' grading structure, compensation & benefits structure, variable compensation schedules, incentive bonus.
- Conduct job evaluation exercise for all approved positions within SANS organization structure and ensure the relative worth of the job reflects the duties described in the job description.
- Administer a market salary survey (in coordination with external consultant) in order to benchmark SANS' salary structure against salary survey results.
- Identify promoted employees within SANS and ensure reflecting their new grade, salary and allowance based on the approved compensation and benefits structure.
- Review bonus recommendations and ensure its alignment with the performance evaluation rating.
- Plan, implement and review the rewards package (e.g. salary, bonus) and ensure overall salary increment does not exceed the position’s grade salary range.
- Establishing HR Department / Documentation
- Implementation of HRMS software (e-Personnel Records, Payroll, EOS, Leave Management Calculation, etc.)
- Develops, implements the best practices for Personnel File.
- Develops HR Process maps & forms
- Develops Performance Appraisal form / MBO, Smart Objectives (60/40)
- Develops Sales Commission Matrix & Guidelines
- Prepares, develops, Organization Chart
- Prepares, develops, Job description & KPIS’s
- Prepares, develops, Manpower planning, Vacancy Job Requisition, and Job Advertisement
- Screens, Shortlists, Interview, Selection, and reference check
- Manage and handle the hiring process/documents, Prepares Job offer, Employment Contract, Induction Program, follow up the Probation Period evaluation report
- Manage and handle all HR Operational activities
- Supervise governmental activities, Labor office, GOSI, Immigration, Med. Insurance,
- Prepare various correspondence & reports
*Prepare status report of the recruited workers.

* Issuing electronic visa authorization thru Enjaz system.
*Screening of applicants, evaluating applicant’s qualifications, checking references & background.
*Prepare letter of invoice for payment for overseas recruiting agency.
