KEY TASKS HANDLED:
=> Routing in between routers remotely connected to each other by enabling static and dynamic routing protocols and EIGRP, OSPF, BGP.
=> Working with various technologies and TCP/IP protocol, MPLS/BGP protocol on which BGP peer communicate, next hop, peering, BGP attributes, route selection process, path manipulation using route map.
=> Generating and analyzing monthly report of inbound and outbound Bandwidth utilization that are provided to client for network performance of devices by using tools Dashboard and Net flow Analyzer
=> Configuring Multi-Layer switches STP, RSTP, BPDU Filter, Guard (BPDU, ROOT and LOOP), VLAN TAG (ISL & Dot 1Q) configuration of VLAN and inter VLAN communication through router and layer 3 switches, VTP domain, HSRP and ether channel.
=> Providing L1/L2 technical Support to client in implementation, designing and troubleshooting

=> Installation and commissioning of IP based point to point and point to multi point
=> Preparing complete site survey reports with layout design & link budget calculation for new links
=> Installation, configuration and maintenance of Network and Devices
=> Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting, Providing support to Field engineers
=> Providing remotely L1 technical support to client in implementation, designing and troubleshooting.
=> Managing wireless network (Wi-Fi).
=> Troubleshoot hardware and operating system problems through an organized total system approach.
=> Hardware and software installations, tuning, and maintaining.
=> On-call rotation for off hour's support and scheduled maintenance.
=> Perform daily NetApp system administration and maintenance.
=> Ensure that security issues are addressed in a pro-active manner including hacking, viruses, protection of sensitive data, etc.
=> Develop and maintain documents on architecture and configuration.
=> Ensure procedures are followed to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
=> Provide guidance and training as required to other team members.
=> Provide user support for escalated issues from help desk.
=> Complies with all company health & safety policies and procedures.
=> Maintaining & troubleshooting a domain controller with Windows 2003.
=> Maintaining & troubleshooting around client PC's including remote node.
=> Understanding & maintaining an existing implemented ERP with the ability to generate and/or analyze reports and results i.e. programming / databases logic is required.
=> Some routine IT tasks.
