Inert-Disciplinary Coordination, Checking of Deliverable & Non-deliverable documents as per QMS. Change log Management with Client, Vendor Co-ordination, etc
Works as Sr Engineer Piping with all Engineering, design and checking activity
Projects: Jazan Refinery & Marine Terminal Project EPC 4 & 5(North &
South Tank farm Package).
Client: Saudi-Aramco
This project intends to build a 400 MBT grassroots refinery & hydrocarbon
Terminal facility as part of Overall Jazan Economic City development.
This Project is to devel op the detail design, procure, construct, test &
Inspect, commission & support the start up of the North Tankage (J60),
South Tankage (J60), Scrapper Launcher & Receiver (J60), Blending
System (J62), Refinery Effluent Treatment System (J55), Truck loading
Facilities(X13), Chemical & Catalyst storage and Maintenance Yard (J95).
Job Description: Feasibility study of Scrapper Launcher/Receiver, Metering skid,
Tankages, Spheres, Booster Pump, Slop Buffer tank, Sump Tank, and
Varies finished/Semi-finished Product storage & Transportation.
ITB Document Review, Preparation of TQs, MR, TBE, Development
of Plot plan, Tie-in report, Conception Layout. Detail design &
Analysis of piping, Equipment, Structure, Platform & pipe Supports.
Responsibility: Review of ITB, Client Standards & Procedures, Vendor Drawing,
Review & comment on P&ID, Hook-ups & IDC, BOM Control

Projects: Co2 Capturing & Injection Facilities for Uthmaniyah Plant.
Client: Saudi-Aramco
This project will receive 45 MMSCFD of wet Co2 at 5.8 psig from 2 diglycol-
Amine train. This gas will dried & compressed upto 3600 psig at Hawiyah gas
Plant and transported to Uthmaniyah injection area approx. 86 km cross-
Country pipeline with 2800 psig at delivery point.
This high pressure Co2 injected in oil well and Enhanced Oil Recovery Fluid with Positive Environment Impact at Uthmaniyah Plant.

Projects: 1) ADCOP - ABU DHABI CRUDE OIL PIPELINE PROJECT -
HABSHAN TO FUJAIRAH (Cross-country Pipeline)
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) authorities assigned International Petroleum
Investment Company (IPIC) to execute the Abu Dhabi Crude Oil Pipeline
(ADCOP) project which will facilitate the transferring of crude oil from Habshan production facilities to the Fujairah main oil terminal (MOT) on the Eastern Seaboard of the UAE.
2) Siemen’s Combined Cycle thermal Power Plant at Plovdiv,
Bulgaria.
This was combined cycle district heating power plant with approximately 50 megawatts of electricity and as much as 55 megawatts of district heat.
3) Essar Oil Refinery Expansion Project, FCCU Plant, Vadinar.
This refinery is operating at Capacity 10.5 MMTPA 240000 Barrel Per Day with investment of USD 2.2 Billon.
The refinery is expanding Capacity 34 MMTPA 700000 Barrel
Per day with investment of USD 6.0 Billon.
FCCU capacity increased from 2.9 MMTPA to 10.0 MMTPA.
One of the biggest FCCU - 7.1 MMTPA being set up in India.
Biggest Pipe Rack of L 180 mtrs * W 28mtrs.
4) Foster Wheeler’s Oil fired Power Plant at Igelsta
