I was working in 247.ai for 2 years as a sales advisor for US process. Here I was helping the customers to place online orders for store pickup or shipping to their address. Also I used to recommend the customers right product at the right time by knowing their needs. This job is completely based on sales for electronic products. And also I used promote credit cards and memberships.

I was working in Teleperformance for one year as a customer service executive for SBI Bank for UK process. I was helping the customers on the transaction failure they used to face with third parties by raising complaints and also I used to generate leads for different loan applications. I used answer more than 100 calls in a day with good customer satisfaction. I have also achieved performer of the month awards 3to4 times.
