Sending different queries to respective division.

Arranging Quotation with margin follows advice by the Manager.
Preparing formal consolidated quotation for clients enquiry
Sending final quotation directly to Clients.
Preparing daily Reports for Pending Quotes.
Maintaining filing systems for both Commercial & Estimation.
Receive and sort all mails and fax.
Preparing Minutes of Meeting.
Composing business emails, official letters and documentation.
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
Answering, screening and forwarding all incoming phone calls
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing and maintains calendar.
Doing Enquires by call for Trading Items
Preparing Quotation, Purchase Order, Packing List, Commercial Invoices.
Booking Hotel for Office Quests and schedule meetings/appointments
Maintaining the stock items
Placing the Order for Purchasing
MBA Banking and finance, 2nd year pursuing.
